"Dr. Dave has been keeping our family current and operational for about three years now. By example - he upgraded our aging Vista-based Asus Gamer to Windows 7/10 - converted it to an SSD Primary / HDD Backup with Acronis Image - and as it enters its ninth year - it's still a powerhouse. He installed and operationalized our intranet - with two NAS drives - this accessibility and reliability have proven themselves over and over. When we run into issues - about a quarter of the time he can troubleshoot over the phone - about a quarter of the time he ties into our PC's remotely - and about half the time he physically appears. Our up-time is phenomenal. I'm an old mainframer from the late 60's - got into PC's in the early 80's - both for work and personal - worked with a couple dozen support groups - locally and nationally - and have never experienced such consistently exceptional support."

"Dave replaced the Motherboard in my computer for an affordable price last year hassle free. Till this day my computer works great because he advised some special Software. Dave is also very patient, honest, understanding, and explains everything thoroughly! This guy has so much knowledge when it comes to computers, I dont think there is anything he doesnt know or cant fix with your PC. Give Dave a shot and you will be back in business in NO time! Thanks Dave for all your help ;)"
