"Dave was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable as he helped me diagnose the issue with my stretched screen. He patiently walked me through the possibilities and determined I needed a new video card. When I asked about payment, he said the first 20 minutes on the phone were free and gave me the cost for the remaining 15 minutes we spoke. He is very reasonable and like I said, incredibly knowledgeable, nothing seemed to phase him."

"If your looking for someone who is honest and highly knowledgeable to tune - up or repair your personal home computer, Dave's your guy. First of all he was more than willing to to make a house call for issues I was having with my laptop. I thought it was great he would come my way even for a laptop. Dave is also very personable and easy to communicate with when pertaining to your PC needs. One last thing, I'm fairly certain the rate I was charged to have my laptop run like new again was incredibly low."

"wow.....im a canadian and i had left home and forgot the charger for my think-pad, not only did he take my call saturday he dropped off a charger to my motel room for me to use..until i head home...anyone with a level of trust like this deserves a 2 thumbs up....the WOW factor...."

"I instead of bleeding me dry, the guy I spoke to was ver knowledgeable and helped me out by giving great advice on how to fix a complicated problem . He saved me a lot of stress and money. It is hard to find repair businesses that won't totally take advantage of you and this is one of the rare honest ones out there. They will get all of my future business!!!"
